Watch The Walking Dead Season 5 Episode 7 - Crossed

The Walking Dead season 5, episode 7 will bring everyone back together (at least “together” in one episode) for the first time since Rick killed Gareth.

What can we expect tonight? A clip from “Crossed” finds Beth trying to stick up for Carol – who she’s pretending to not know – at the hospital. Apparently Carol is in really bad condition and probably needs machines to help keep her alive. Beth’s pleas to keep Carol on the machines don’t seem to help, because Officer Dawn suggests that her little attempt at saving the mystery woman just killed her.

We wonder if Beth will have to come clean about her knowledge of Carol in order to keep her alive. Then again, Officer Dawn seems to make many decisions that don’t make much sense, so she could end up using Carol as leverage to get what she wants from Beth.

Earlier this week we shared our concern over the fact that the show is currently lacking a big “moment” to build up to. Maybe saving Carol will be the thing that makes viewers excited for the mid-season finale? Carol is obviously a beloved character and no one wants to see her die.

A trailer for The Walking Dead season 5, episode 7 shows Rick leaving Carl at Father Gabriel’s church while the adults go to Atlanta to bail out Carol and Beth:

Watch The Walking Dead Season 5 Episode 5 - Consumed

The Walking Dead has been rotating the characters it focuses on from week to week, and on tonight’s episode we’ll be catching up with two favorites.

According to previews for The Walking Dead season 5, episode 6 which airs Sunday, November 16 at 9 p.m. eastern/pacific on AMC, viewers will be treated to a storyline focused squaring on Daryl and Carol.

A synopsis for tonight’s episode titled “Consumed,” reads: “[C]autiously, members of our group must venture into a familiar location on a heroic rescue mission. It’s a huge stage, but so are the stakes.”

The rescue mission is, of course, Daryl’s attempt at finding Beth with Carol at his side. Check out a promo which includes a couple scenes from the episode:

Two weeks ago, in the Beth-centric episode, we saw that Carol shows up in the same hospital that Beth is working at. The question is: How did Carol get there? And why isn’t Daryl with her? The episode cut off as soon as Beth got a glimpse at Carol on a stretcher, so it’s possible that Daryl was behind her by a minute or two. Or, he’s hiding out until he figures out what he’s going to do with Carol.

Last week’s episode focused on the group taking Eugene to Washington D.C. The big twist on episode 5 was Eugene deciding to come clean about his knowledge of a supposed cure in the nation’s capitol. The story concluded with Abraham delivering several punches to his long-time companion. It’s possible that Eugene is dead or in very bad shape following those hits to the face. Read our recap for more from last week’s episode!

Following tonight’s new episode of The Walking Dead season 5 there will only be two episodes left before the show takes a break until February. At the current pace, it looks like the whole gang should be reuniting again soon – and figuring out a whole new game plan in light of Eugene’s confession?

Watch The Walking Dead Season 5 Episode 5 - Self Help

The Walking Dead Season 5, Episode 5 titled "Self-Help" airs tonight (9 November) and will focus mainly on Abraham who is hell bent on finding a cure.

According to the episode's official synopsis, "While on a mission, the group is confronted by new problems that test their ability to survive."

As revealed during a trailer on Sunday and in a new clip on AMC's website, the upcoming episode finds Abraham, Eugene, Glen, and Maggie on the road to Washington DC.

"It looks like The Walking Dead is now split up into three storylines for the time being: Rick, Abraham, and Beth. We wonder if the show will continue to alternate between areas, or if they'll start appearing in the same episodes? We assume that the show's mid-season finale will find them all getting back together again," states a Hypable report.

The popular zombie drama's episode 8 midseason finale will premiere on Sunday, November 30. The episode is titled "Coda" and here's its official synopsis: "New enemies disregard rules and morals; although Rick wants to find a peaceful agreement, the enemies seem to prefer a more violent resolution." The Walking Dead Season 5, Episode 5 "Self-Help" airs 9 November, 2014 at 9 pm ET/PT on AMC followed by a new episode of The Talking Dead.

Watch The Walking Dead Season 5 Episode 4 - Slabtown

The Walking Dead spoilers for season 5 episode 4 predict that Carol, Beth and Daryl will play major roles in the zombie drama “Slabtown.” More than once on The Walking Dead, we have had to ask “Where’s Carol?” First, we wondered what happened to her during season three after she was trapped in a prison closet and assumed dead.

Next, we wondered where she was after Rick banished her from the prison. Where she was and what she did while she was outside the group is a storyline that has only been touched upon and certainly not developed.

Now, at the end of The Walking Dead episode 2 in season 5, “Strangers,” we assume Carol and Daryl left to follow the mysterious vehicle that kidnapped Beth. The two are notably missing during the third episode — “Four Walls and a Roof,” but at the end of the episode Daryl reappears…with someone. We have no idea who. It might be a safe assumption that Beth is with him, but that leaves us with the question: Where’s Carol?

Internet speculation about upcoming episodes has put forth several theories about Carol, and Beth (including a love triangle with Daryl). According to spoilers and trailers for the fourth episode, “Slabtown,” we will learn about Beth’s adventures while she was been AWOL. Trailers show a hospital setting with Beth seeming to recover from some injuries. One trailer blurb even shows Beth seeing Carol wheeled in on a gurney, leading to speculation that the Carol-Daryl duo hit the jackpot — sort of — by following the mysterious vehicle with the cross on it.

Carol has proven her worth and risen in respect as a strong female character on The Walking Dead. We can only hope she makes it through the entire season and beyond, but with The Walking Dead, you can’t bet the farm on anything. After all, who didn’t hate — absolutely hate — Hershel’s demise toward the end of TWD season 4? Nobody is safe. Nobody.
